Futurist hold a large stock of rental equipment, please download the price list for the full details and the latest prices. We 'dry hire' the equipment for you to use; we can also deliver the equipment to you if required. We have a great deal of experience with all types of productions and will always do our best to recommend a solution that works for you.

We now offer insurance on all hires for your peace of mind, at the price of £1 per hire. See bottom of page for further details.

Insurance for Hire Equipment

From when equipment is taken away from Futurist until it is returned (or delivered and collected) the responsibility for the equipment becomes that of the hirer. Therefore we strongly recommend that you have insurance to cover the full replacement value, of all the equipment. Futurist Sound & Lighting ltd can extend its insurance policy to cover the equipment whilst under your responsibility. For the set fee of £1 per hire, Futurist can offer insurance with an excess of £250 per claim.

The policy covers: "Accidental loss of or damage to equipment arising from any cause not excluded by the policy."
